Our Studio

Brian K. Carren LMT- CPT Client Studio features a spacious layout designed to enhance your session.  There is a private changing area, bathroom, separate massage therapy room, and stretching area. Discover a quiet, stress-free environment where you will have minimal contact with other clients thanks to our 20-minute scheduling buffer, designed to allow for a calm, relaxing, individualized session every time.

Our Therapist

Brian K. Carren LMT, CPT is a professionally Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) who is truly "committed to changing my clients' lives one massage or fitness session at a time." Brian strives to incorporate environmentally-friendly policies into his practice. He uses the most natural, toxin-free and organic products, ingredients and resources in the massage and healing treatments at his studio. Brian also supports local natural resources in Saint Petersburg, FL, and the entire global community.
