Cancelations

• PLEASE.......24 hour advance notice is required for canceling of an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
• If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-Shows

• Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged in full for their appointment.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
• Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist or trainer will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment or session.
• Regardless of the length of the treatment or session actually provided, you will be responsible for payment for the full scheduled session.

Out of respect and consideration for your therapist / trainer and other customers, please plan accordingly and be certain to arrive on time for all appointments, or notify us at least 24 hours in advance of cancellations.

****SICK POLICY .... Please cancel any session if you are sick, or have been sick in last 72 hours! Please Be 48 Hours symptom Free.

****Travel Policy..... If you have traveled outside USA, or have flown Cross Country please schedule your next appointment 72 hours after returning from trip.

*****ALL clients are expected to shower before session if coming from any Physical  training.

***** All Clients Must Pick A Draping Method  ( Full Sheet, Large Towel, Or Half Towel ) Clients Cannot Be Completly  Nude On Table.

All Clients Requesting: Breast Massage, Gluteal Massage, Adductor/Inner Thigh Massage , Pubic Bone Area Massage, Or Sacrum Massage Must Request These Services, And Check Appropriate Boxes on Intake Sheet!
